Usui Reiki – 60 mins

 

Reiki is a form of energy healing that can be used to help relieve stress and anxiety, improve sleep quality, reduce pain and inflammation and enhance clarity of mind and focus. By encouraging deep relaxation it can aid our body into a state of rest and repair.

 

All you have to do is lie under the snuggly blanket and be willing to receive.

 

Angelic Reiki – 60 mins

 

Angelic Reiki is a powerful yet gentle, hands-on healing therapy that works on the body to help release physical, emotional, mental, spiritual, ancestral, and karmic imbalances…

 

Working with frequencies from the Kingdom of Light, each individual will have a unique experience, however the common denominator are the feelings of extreme peace, relaxation, tranquillity, love, and warmth.

 

Crystal Therapy – 60 mins

 

During a session crystals are placed around the body, on the body and on the main chakras with the aim to remove stagnant energy from the aura, chakras and meridian lines, replacing it with positive healing energy to restore balance. You will receive a boost of reiki throughout the treatment while the crystals work their magic too.

 

Innerdance – 90 mins

For deep transformation.

Swedish Massage – 90 mins

 

Classic, full-body therapeutic treatment focused on relaxation, using long, gliding strokes, kneading, circular movements, tapping, and vibration to soothe muscles, improve circulation, relieve tension, and promote overall well-being, making it ideal for those seeking stress relief in a space of calm.

 

Indian Head Massage – 60 mins

 

Treatment involves massage to the upper back, shoulders, upper arms, neck, face and scalp, with the client remaining seated in an upright position.

 

Hand, Arm, Leg & Foot Massage – 60 mins

 

Enjoy a mixture of reflexology, Korean hand acupuncture and massage techniques.

This treatment offers tremendous health benefits such as stress reduction and assists the body to cleanse itself of impurities and toxins, whilst soothing, refreshing and revitalising energy levels.

Innerdance

 

Innerdance is a transformative and powerful process developed by Pi Villaraza in the Philippines and is now spreading across the world. 

​

Using sound, music and intuitive healing touch, innerdance helps you remove energy blocks and become the person you are meant to be. 

​

In a session you will listen to a skilfully curated soundscape, sometimes supplemented by other instruments. 

​

The music will move you through a journey of brainwave states - the experience is often likened to lucid dreaming.

​

You may see visions, experience intense emotions and feel electrical impulses in the body.

​

Many people feel a strong urge to move and should allow the body to move in the way that feels right at that time - others will sink deep into trance states and lie still for the whole session.

​

Every session is different and the experience varies with the individual.
After a session you may experience vivid dreams, a new sense of purpose or find that decisions are made easily. 

​

You will only ever go as deep as you are ready for and there's plenty of time after the session to integrate, ground, grab a tea and connect with yourself and others.

​

This is a space of non-judgement, where you can feel free to express yourself in any way you need. You're encouraged to close your eyes throughout to help you go into a deeper state of being (blindfolds are available if needed).

The sessions involve energy work and non-s*xual physical touch, as well as intuitive prompts for the group and individuals.
